Nominators:

You will receive your assigned shows via email. Once you have logged into your account on the platform, please return to your email for a direct link to more information about your assigned production, including the form to cast your nominating votes.

Information for 2024-2025 Auditing Season

The 2024-2025 Auditing Season runs September 3rd, 2024 – August 31, 2025

Information for Theatres:

  • Entry submissions will remain open all season long (Sep 3 – Aug 31).
  • We urge you to please submit your productions as early as possible and at the very least 2 weeks before opening night. Submissions of productions entered less than 2 weeks prior to opening night may not be accepted.
  • 10 complimentary tickets will need to be available for each Regular Production.
  • 5 complimentary tickets will need to be available for Limited Run Productions.
  • Nominators will contact your box office/ticketing contact to reserve their tickets.
  • Entrants will be notified via email after their completed submission has been received. TPS will only contact you if there is an issue with any of your submissions.
  • Awards presentation ceremony: late October 2025.

Theatre / Production Eligibility
For any production to be considered for the Gregory Awards, the following guidelines must be met:

  • Produced and rehearsed primarily in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area or surrounding regions.
  • Performed a minimum of 3 weekends OR 12 performances. OR minimum 1 weekend and 2 performances for the Limited Run category.
  • Opening night within the season schedule (September 3rd, 2024 – August 31, 2025).
  • Is not a staged reading
